Admission Process

Getting Started is Easy.

Once you decide to use the services of HSP, you will need to do the following:

1. Determine if you need any of our services and then talk with your physician
2. A referral must be completed by your primary physician and faxed or dropped of to our office
3. Once HSP receives referral, HSP will coordinate with your insurance (for authorization) and other companies to make sure care can be provided.
