HSP Diabetes Center:

HSP-Diabetes Center provides Diabetes Self-Management Education (DSME) for all forms of diabetes such as, pre-diabetes, Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational diabetes. The curriculum is based on and incorporates the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education Programs that is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
